A Kerry MEP says a change in the distribution of EU structural funds will mean all regions should benefit. Kilcummin native Sean Kelly is a member of the Regional Development Committee of the European Parliament, which recently adopted the five structural funds Regulations for 2014 to 2020.
The MEP says EU structural funds will be fairly distributed, with a greater focus on creating new employment opportunities and increased economic growth.
