Ras na mBan

Ras na mBan - one of Ireland's top cycle races for women - got underway in Kerry this morning. Over the next 5 days almost 70 riders will battle stages around the Ring of Kerry. Competitors and their support teams have come from as far away as Australia, Sweden and Japan as well as a strong Irish and UK turnout. The event is based in Sneem. Louis Moriarty of the Sneem Hotel is one of the events organisers. He says it's a great boost to the area.
